A ground breaking ceremony recently took place at Chester Village West to celebrate upcoming improvements and renovations. The existing dining room and lounge areas will be redecorated and 2,500 square foot office addition will result in a creative arts center, expanded fitness center and beauty shop, and a new convenience store.
Chester Village West is a senior resi-dential community owned and managed by Life Care Services, Inc. Residents enjoy the opportunity for an independent
lifestyle in large apartments or Maplewood Homes with services and amenities such as some meals, housekeeping, transportation, planned activities and on-site health care if necessary. Located on West Main Street, Route 148, the community enjoys the rural Chester setting and nearby forest.
