Update from Executive Director David Allen to the Residents of Chester Village West

The basic structure is up and closed in. The roof is on and the siding will be complete this week so the inside will be dry. The insulation has been installed and the wall structures are complete.
The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing basic installation is underway and almost complete. There is lots of activity inside with the various trades working at the same time to install the equipment.
We expect the sheetrock installation to start soon so the walls will be clearly visible.
On the inside of the Commons building a restroom is under renovation, and renovation work will be started on the pool on February 6th.
The construction of the new addition is on schedule for completion in early April. Then the work will move inside the Commons building, which will undergo complete interior re-decoration and serious renovation in many parts.
