Our Asset Preservation Plan helps preserve your capital. This plan will continue to amortize until the resident’s entire entrance payment has been earned by Chester Village.
We also provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee if during the first four months of residency you are not completely satisfied. The cost for senior living is important to you, and Chester Village West wants to exceed your expectations when it comes to value.
The Cost of Our Senior Independent Living
Residents pay a one-time entrance fee for use of their apartment or home and a range of prices for the services and amenities provided by the community.
Our monthly fee includes nearly everything you need to maintain personal freedom and security.
Included in the monthly fee:
